In my opinion large one is Steppe Eagle by the barred PM and large mouth.

In my opinion, the large raptor is an INDIAN SPOTTED EAGLE. It's difficult to differentiate from similar looking Greater spotted Eagle. Even though, longer gape line extending beyond the level of the middle of the pupil, pale brown thigh feathers and the overall structure doesn't look good for a greater spotted Eagle.
